These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ringondemand.com, our landing pages, our advertisements, and the phone numbers we operate or advertise (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ring on Demand ("Ring on Demand," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our pages, submitting a form, calling a number we advertise, or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
Calls may be recorded and monitored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Buyers. If you are an insurance agent, agency, IMO, call center, or other business that purchases inbound calls, leads, or related services from us, those purchases are governed by a signed Insertion Order (IO), Buyer Agreement, or online order form ("Client Agreement"). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for the services it covers. Nothing on our website or in a sales conversation creates an obligation for us to deliver calls or leads until a Client Agreement is in place. Buyers are solely responsible for their own compliance with the TCPA, state telemarketing and insurance laws, and Do Not Call rules when contacting consumers we refer to them.
Publishers. If you are an affiliate, publisher, or lead generator that sends traffic, calls, or leads to us, your relationship with us is governed by a signed Publisher Agreement, which controls over these Terms where they conflict. Publishers must obtain and document valid consent for every consumer they send us and must follow all applicable laws and our creative and compliance guidelines.
If you book a call with our team through a scheduling tool on our website, you agree to receive confirmation and reminder messages by email, phone, or text about that appointment. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
You agree not to
The Service, including our name, logos, page designs, video, copy, and software, is owned by Ring on Demand or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may view our pages for personal or internal business use only. You may not use our name or marks without written permission. Testimonials, screenshots, and results shown on our pages belong to us or are used with permission and may not be republished.
The Service may link to or embed third party sites and tools, including scheduling, video, payment, and Buyer websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring on Demand disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, that any Buyer will contact you, or that any insurance product will be offered, approved, or suitable for you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring on Demand and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Service, any Buyer, or any insurance product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed 100 US dollars or, for Buyers and publishers, the amount stated in the applicable Client Agreement. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ring on Demand and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or, for Buyers, your contact with consumers we refer to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you and we have signed a Client Agreement with a different dispute clause, that clause controls for matters it covers. Any claim must be brought within 1 year after it arises or it is waived, to the extent permitted by law.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Client Agreement make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
