Ring on Demand

Last updated August 2026

1. Who We Are

Ring on Demand ("Ring on Demand," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing, lead generation, and call routing service. We connect people who request information about final expense, burial, and life insurance products with licensed insurance agents, agencies, and organizations that can help them. We also provide inbound call and lead delivery services to those insurance businesses.

Ring on Demand is not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance agent. We do not sell, underwrite, or issue insurance policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, including Medicare, Medicaid, or the Social Security Administration.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit ringondemand.com, our landing pages, and our advertisements, when you call a phone number we operate or advertise, or when you submit a form to us.

This page is informational and not legal advice. If you are a buyer or publisher, the specific terms in your signed Insertion Order (IO), Buyer Agreement, or Publisher Agreement control where they conflict with this page.

2. Who This Policy Covers

  • Consumers. People who see our advertisements, visit our landing pages, submit a form, or call a phone number we advertise in order to request information about insurance products.
  • Buyers and prospects. Insurance agents, agencies, IMOs, call centers, and other businesses that visit our website, book a call with us, or purchase inbound calls or leads from us.
  • Publishers. Affiliates, publishers, and lead generators who send traffic, calls, or leads to us under a Publisher Agreement.
  • Website visitors. Anyone who browses our website or landing pages.

3. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide. When you submit a form, request a quote, book a call, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, date of birth or age range, state of residence, employment or homeownership status, insurance or service interests, and anything else you submit on our forms or tell our agents. For buyers and publishers we may collect company name, role, billing and payout details, and call routing preferences.
  • Call information. When you call a number we operate or advertise, we may collect the number you called from, the number you dialed, the date, time, and duration of the call, caller location when available, IVR responses, and the content of the call, including recordings and transcripts. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Consent and lead verification data. When you submit a form we may capture a record of your consent, including a timestamp, IP address, the page you were on, and a certificate from a third party consent verification service such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm or Jornaya. This record documents that you agreed to be contacted.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or landing pages we collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and click activity. This is collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.
  • Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from publishers, lead generators, advertising platforms, data and analytics providers, telephony providers, consent verification vendors, and our buyers, for example confirmation that a call was answered or that a lead was accepted.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To connect you with a licensed professional. If you are a consumer, the main purpose of collecting your information is to route your call or deliver your lead to the licensed insurance agent or agency that has contracted for exclusive access to inquiries like yours.
  • To operate our service. To answer, route, record, and bill calls, to deliver leads, to onboard and support buyers and publishers, and to process payments and payouts.
  • To communicate with you. To respond to your inquiries, follow up on your request, send service and account messages, and, where you have agreed, send marketing messages by phone, text, or email.
  • To advertise and measure. To run and measure advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, to build audiences, and to understand which ads and pages perform.
  • To verify consent and comply with law. To document consent, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, respond to legal requests, and meet our obligations under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws, and state privacy laws.
  • To improve our service. To analyze call quality, train staff and systems, and improve our website, landing pages, and routing.

5. How We Share Your Information

If you are a consumer who submits a request or places a call, you should expect that your information will be shared with the businesses that receive your call or lead. This is how the service works.

  • Buyers. We share your contact information, request details, and, where applicable, the live call itself with the buyer matched to your inquiry, which is typically a licensed insurance agent, agency, IMO, or their call center that has contracted exclusive access. That buyer may contact you about the products you asked about. Buyers are independent of Ring on Demand and are responsible for how they use your information once received.
  • Service providers. We use third parties for call routing and telephony, call recording and transcription, CRM and marketing automation, payment processing, hosting, analytics, advertising, and consent verification. They may access your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising platforms. We may share hashed or de-identified information with advertising platforms to measure and improve campaigns. See section 8.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell consumer information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing outside of the purpose you requested. Some state laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly enough to include the transfer of a lead to an insurance partner or the use of advertising cookies. Where that is the case, you have the right to opt out as described in section 9.

6. Consent to Be Contacted

By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website or landing pages, or by calling a number we advertise, you agree that Ring on Demand and 1 or more of our buyers, which may include insurance agents, agencies, and their marketing partners, may contact you at the number you provided about insurance products and related services. This contact may include live calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages, and may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. You may also revoke consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 15.

Your consent applies even if your number is listed on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. If you did not intend to give this consent, do not submit the form or place the call, or contact us to withdraw it.

7. Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls to and from Ring on Demand and calls we route to our buyers may be recorded and monitored. Recordings are used for quality assurance, training, compliance review, billing verification, and dispute resolution. Where required by law you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you do not want a call recorded, please tell us at the beginning of the call or end the call.

8. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

  • Cookies and pixels. We use cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google tags, and similar technologies to operate our pages, remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute conversions. Some data may be sent to advertising platforms through server side tracking as well as browser tracking.
  • Interest based advertising. We may use information about your visits to show you ads on other sites and platforms. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Meta, Google, and other platform account settings.
  • Sensitive categories. We follow platform advertising policies for insurance and financial products. We do not use health information to target ads in a way that violates those policies.
  • Browser controls. You can set your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of our pages may not work correctly if you do. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by state law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

  • Do Not Call. You may ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any time by emailing privacy@ringondemand.com.
  • Marketing opt out. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep to document consent or comply with law.
  • State privacy rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
  • How to exercise your rights. Email privacy@ringondemand.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf.
  • Note on buyers. Once your information has been delivered to a buyer, that business is a separate controller of your data. You may need to contact them directly to exercise rights over the copy they hold. We will provide the name of the buyer who received your information on request where we are able to do so.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Consent records, call recordings, and lead delivery logs may be kept for a longer period, generally at least 5 years, to document compliance with the TCPA and other laws and to resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third Party Websites and Services

Our website and landing pages may link to third party sites, including scheduling tools, payment platforms, publisher sites, and buyer websites. This policy does not apply to those sites. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
